The cranks are FC-M737 (1994-96) not M739 (1997-98 ). Arguably worth more though.

Yes, if you think of it as a 1996 groupset - the M739 brakes, STIs and mechs came out in 1996, but they didn't do the full M739 groupset with 4-arm cranks until 97.
