What kind of state are the inside of the cups in.....?

Judging by the rest of the unit probably good - is there a way of assessing them or is it just by eye?

Just by eye....is it pitted and or scored by the bearings? Only reason i ask is there is a bit of wear on the axle, but it doesn't look to bad, but the inside of the cups tends to wear more in my experience....probably where moisture sits in them.
