Shimano date codes for XTR cassettes?

Is there a way to tell what year early XTR m900 - m950 cassettes were manufactured as quite a few years they were made.

Thanks, there are a few numbers and letters but most are cog number teeth and type y etc for 34t examples.

The sprockets are normally stamped with the standard Shimano two-letter date codes:

You may also find a date code sticker (again, two letters) on the spider.
