I have several frames that I am trying to date for restoration and I didn't know if there were any good websites that I can find out decals and dates from the serial numbers?
I have 3 A.S. Gillott's, 3 Claud Butler's, 2 Holdsworth's, and a couple of French track frames, 1 very old BSA track frame. A ladies Viking and a few no named, but have serial numbered bikes with Nervex lugs.
They are all stripped back to the metal (The way I got them) but have some of the details the previous owner gave to me.
Please PM if you can help pointing me in the right direction so I can find out what I can do with these frames.
