Just recovered this saddle. Really pleased with the result. Any ideas how I can create a stencil for the logos? Just don’t thing I can cut them out with a scalpel. Is there a way of having them made as stickers that can be removed from the sheet to leave me with a stencil?? Am I making sense??

Thanks.

I have a similar challenge for an embossed logo. My plan is to digitise the artwork, extrude it and 3D print a male and female version that I can clamp into the material. I reckon if clean it well, then enamel paint should stick well enough into the recess to look OK. An alternate option might be to use someone like Stickers Planet (vinylletteringonline.co.uk) to do you a "sticky-backed-plastic" (as they used to say on Blue Peter) version. Depending on where the lettering sits on the saddle it may just get rubbed off though.
