Scott Endorphin 1997

Re:

3rd step: 1st white topcoat.
The red/brown coating is the primer, specially for CFRP.
Later this evening I will finish the topcoat with an extra layer.
Tomorrow I am going to aply the clearcoat.

A nice start of the weekend! :D

going slightly off topic here

but what the hell is going on with the top tube of that bike against the wall

can't make up my mind if its Art or in the F'ugly catagory

Re:

Ha Ha! :D

That particular bike is a Van Moof. Dutch brand. Very basic bikes extremely suitable for a ride in the city. The top tube hosts on both ends the front and rear light.

To me it is closer to art...

Re:

Just a first impression. Needs some other components ... (e.g. chainset)

Re: Colour

I'm also from Gloucester and I've got a white one. I'll post some pictures tomorrow.

They're great bikes to ride. Get's a lot of comments from other MTB riders when I'm out and about on it.

Re: Scott Endorphin

This is mine. Mine is slightly later than yours. 1999 I believe. Mavic X517 Sup with Hope hubs. Original SIDS. Yes I know they're are a few parts that will make the Retro guys wince but it's built for comfort and to suit me. The Ergon grips don't suit but they keep my wrists and fingers from aching.

Re:

I like the choice of colour, you can change the whole look of the bike with different colour parts, depending on your mood!
