schrader rim to presta valve adapters

has anyone got 2 of the metal screw on adapters to take the difference up in the rim from shrader to presta valve or know who sells them

Tubes often come with a nut that is chamfered on one edge , that tightens against the rim . Appologies if you already know this

Just buy continental tubes next time. They come with them.
