Splitting my 1999 S-works hardtail, built up with later components. Lots of bits were brand new, others carefully sourced used. The bike has been ridden on street and paths and has done b*gger all since I built it. I usually used it to ride to the local shop!

S-Works M4 Hardtail frame, 1999. Size M (18") - £145
One of the last Made in USA frames, in exc con for year.
XTR M952 9 and 3 speed shifters - £75
Used, exc.cond. Will leave as new XTR shifter cables on them.
XTR M960 9 spd rapid rise rear mech - £49
Used, Good cond. A little play on jockey wheel but works perfectly.
XTR M950 (I think) brake levers - £45
Used, VGC. Machined brackets, front has a graze, a little fading of anodising on levers.

Mavic 717/XT non-disc wheels - £125 SOLD
Barely used, built by Merlin. Silver XT hubs, black rims and spokes, red nipples. Complete with rim tape and silver XT skewers, also some spare spokes.
XTR M960 3 spd front mech - £25 SOLD
Used, exc cond.
XT M760 175mm chainset - £49 SOLD
Used, VGC. Very little rub, almost new genuine middle ring.
Wellgo MG-1 pedals, Pewter - £25 SOLD
Barely used.
S-Works v-brake wheelset - £89 SOLD
V-brake / rim brake Wheelset with S-works hubs and Mavic X517 SUP rims, red anodised nipples. These are circa 1999-2001 and are extremely rare. They are used and the rim decals are coming off in places but they have plenty of braking surface left and very smooth bearings, they are not 100% true but very, very close. They are also very light, weighing around 1400 grams for the pair. The Specialized oversize skewer (fits standard dropouts) and a standard rear QR are included.
