Running fixed gear with Paragon sliding dropouts

Has anyone had experience running fixed gear using Paragon sliding dropouts?
I had a 853 Inbred that had them and ran it single speed and I did have a few issues.
Thoughts?

Are you sure the Inbred had Paragons?

Google is only showing me images like this,

I've had a few sliding dropout frames of which the Kona Unit was the closest to the Paragon design. I'm sure I discovered that they were not Paragon but that the Paragon inserts would work in them - something I never actually got around to trying out - but they worked really well anyway. I used that frame singlespeed and fixed.
