I'm not sure what I mean either! Both 700c but clearly different diameters. I guess there's a big gap in my knowledge, is there?

I wondered if they are for a lo pro bike? If they are both 700c could be a trick of the angle of the photo, suspect the top one is closer than it looks!

The shed door is a lot wider at the top than the bottom as well Camera perspective.
