That looks salvageable apart from one dead lockring which you could nab from another BB. Those threads can be cleaned up so if yer bearings are OK, you’ve still got a long way to go until it’s a Triggers Broom situation!

Assume those cups are aluminium so they will file super easy, or just screw them into a steel frame and also the faces will look so much better if flatted back with some wet & dry paper...
