On the Dutch Marktplaats:

...not in original colours and no 'Experience' in the ad, but I was at the sellers house two weeks ago (bought my Cirrus from him) and he told me it's an Rocky Mountain Experience.... He had it resprayed in 'modern' style.

The 'Experience' is an 'Experience' if the chainstay/seatstay area was different to you Cirrus, it's popped up on here before (might be ebay link). I know from the original link we couldn't tell.

Oohhhhh... Rocky mountain cirrus. Nice. Almost bought one of those new around 1991-92?
