Hello, I would appreciate any help with my fork travel problem. I have a a set of rock shox revelation 2015 forks that have 120mm as original travel length. I would like to change the travel to 150mm and have purchased the correct length air shaft (222.2mm). I have watched several how to videos and followed the service manual instructions. I went through the procedure and everything went exactly as it should without any problems. I then removed the three bottomless tokens as recommended, so far so good. Only when I added air the fork still only has 120mm travel. I measured the old air shaft and it was correct (192.5mm). Why has the travel not increased? Does the rebound damper shaft have to be increased also? It was all going so well. The fork is new with no damage and works perfectly. So far I have left the longer air shaft in and it works though only 120mm travel. HELP!
