To be fair, it doesnt matter, what the brand is, or what its made of, if its in the wrong hands, been mistreated and/or abused, it will fail rust or corrode. And as Roberts go, this may be perhaps the most coveted model they ever made and from the right era.

I see it no differently to a Klein or a Fat to be honest.

Interesting to see it going so high, and reassuring as an owner of a Bolx. IMHO they have been undervalued for a while, perhaps the market for them is changing finally. You’ll be hard pressed to find a higher quality steel frame mtb from this era or maybe any era.

Again it’s only my opinion but these Bolx should absolutely be Klein equivalent money.
