RM560 Shimano rear mech…silver screw?

Hi, could someone tell me about this silver screw thing on the 93? Lx rear mech. I appreciate it puts more tension on the main spring, and is marked up( the small triangle on the screw and dot on the casting.) I don’t have the workshop note, so a bit unsure of its purpose or if it’s in the wrong position?
Be much appreciated if anyone could enlighten me about the secret of the silver screw…Ta very much.

I've not seen that before on any mechs I've had, or at least I don't think I recall. Done a bit of image searching and can't see that on anything I've come across.

Never seen that on this lx mechs, only xt and dx.

think I’ve seen it before on xt mechs to be honest.
My thoughts were, is it one those things you set in one position when setting up the mech initially, then alternative position(s) once set up? I’ll have a look for for a Shimano XT/DX Workshop note see if that has anything.
