the frame is quite deceiving. one of the first things i said when i saw it
was that it was a small frame. but it's a 19". almost a bit on the too large size for vintageman.

The 22" c-c along the tube is fairly typical for a Rocky size 19 as they tend to be slightly shorter than some other makes. Essentially it's a size 18 the way other makes would design, but with that extra inch on the end of the seat tube. I don't really know what it's there for actually - it doesn't enable you to use a shorter seat post, as you still need the insertion to go beyond the weakened area where the top tube meets the seat tube (especially as it's been TIG welded).vintageman":2tsv17j0 said:c/t is 19in c/c is 22in
