Ritchey Logic threadless headset (or parts of, i.e. seal)

Doing up my dad's 1998 Ritchey Logic Nitanium Rockhopper but the headset was stiff as. Turns out it may have been unexpertly disassembled at some point. I may have helped in this process! Headset seal was already mangled tho, and not quite sure if it's put together correctly.

Looking for either a replacement or parts. Anyone knowing of an exploded diagram would help also! Races and cup look fine.
