I'm just building up an '93/94 Yeti Pro Fro with M900 and Ringlé hub wheels amongst other bits.
I've just hit my first snag... I've offered up an M900 8spd cassette to the freehub body and when it's in place, the spider on the back of the cassette is catching the spokes - quite badly, and it's got me wondering whether the freehubs fitted were 7 or 8spd specific?
Are the freehubs used a Shimano part, or Ringlé-made, does anybody know? Also, how are they removed - inside I can see what looks like a circlip, but on Shimano there is usually just a flat-ish disc enclosing the bearings...
