Everybody seems to be looking at this frame-set (14 viewed per hour according to ebay) but I couldn't see it listed here. It's advertised as an 18" frame-set (although it looks much smaller than this) which looks to be constructed to the highest order.

This seems to be an artisan, and slightly eccentric, build as the frame maker went to the effort of brazing a tube-set which would have been even stronger and lighter if it had been welded, however, the resulting craftmanship lifts this frame-set above the everyday industrial build.

Quality headset included and the cutest little mudguard mounts on the fork.

Re:

I would be a liar if I wasn't one of the 14 who had been looking

This is more than likely a Dave Yates built frame looking at the details, probably from around 97-98 as a wild guess. The fork is a bit of a curio, they're usually some form of repainted Project Two, but the dropouts do look somewhat neater on this one. Size does indeed look smaller than 18".

Price wise a little top heavy as well in my opinion. The paint looks a bit scrappy and I would want to know that the seatpost wasn't stuck...

I popped an ebay enquiry over to the seller and received the attached reply.
He's not the most chatty of sellers but does seem to be willing to confirm the 18" size.

Re: Re:

That's a very good point about the seatpost. It's a strange thing to leave in the frame seeing as everything else has been stripped out.
Maybe somebody could contact the seller to elicit another one-word reply!

The fork dropouts look a lot like the early P2 models:

although this one looks to be suspension-corrected. Hard to tell.

Exactly that - the fact that the seat binder bolt has also been removed is what made me wonder...

Having had another look I'm pretty sure that the forks are P2's as well. They do look long though! I guess that's camera angles for you, I suppose :)
