My training is commuting to and from work at the moment (about 20 mins each way) though hoping to increase the homeward route from this week

Can't report a great deal on the training front ^^^

And I have sad news on the Beer front..... Duff have stopped making beer :evil:

but on the upside I did place an order for something equally as catchy


whatta yah crazy catz fink to this years tipple, might also get hold of some more Pussy for a day time tipple

Right then gents I'm back of my honeymoon and apart from a bit of groin strain training is back on track ,even got the wife to help with training as we was bought a tandem as a wedding gift ,if I can get rid of Landy and caravan in time and get a van the tandem may even make an appearance at mayhem.hows the rest of you holding up?

Not had much chance to train due to work ( I work 12 on 2 off ) but feeling optimistic,also knocked the cigs on the head a month ago and feeling a damn site better for it

I've still got a snapped ligament in my shoulder probably got 70% mobility but been doing a lot on the turbo, now on waiting list for surgery

Thats a great thing for you and your family

I got into a bit more riding a fortnight ago and
the difference was very pleasing so rather than overdo it
I am back on the Cider and lots of work is keeping me from
Riding.
I am up in Edinburgh atm for a dog show on Sat and Sun and
Havent brought the bike as there is no time, great place though
Round the North Berwick area.
