Very Rare Vintage Retro 1990 Bontrager Off Road OR Vintage Steel Framed Mountain Bike Frame

This is a very cool classic mountain bike frame in Original Condition.
Classic 1990s Steel Mountain Bike with all the original
frame features intact: Rivetted Cable Guides, Derailleur pulley, Horizontal Drop Outs (so can run as SS without a pulley),
Chain Guide, Tapered Tubes.

The Bontrager Off Road was a featured bike in the 1990
article "Steel Fights Back" in Mountain Bike Action. While they
seem to be a fairly common vintage bike, but this one has some early features
that illustrate Keith's out-of-the box thinking, like the riveted cable guides,
simple rear cable stop, seat-tube quick-release, derailleur pulley, bottle
bosses, and minimal gussets.
In original condition, (some bubbling of paint and decals
worn) but could be easily resprayed and new decals added.
