Retro Kona Threaded Project Two P2 and cantilever thing

Hello, my first incursion within RetroBike,

Hope you'll be kind with me; I'm French, but I'm... French.

So, first, what I do need :
as said, I'm looking for a threaded Kona Project Two P2. The tube must be between 152 mm and 170/180 mm (depend of the threaded lenght). It is for my as new 1994 Kona Cinder Cone which already fits an old Marzocchi XC51 (BTW, if someone know what type of seal I do need for this last...).

Also, I'am looking after two little pieces dedicated to cantilever (I love cantilever).
The first one is the one needed for a MXCD Pace fork to use cantilever.
The second one is a little piece of metal you can fix on top of the fork, and it allows you to stop the front brake cable (and then, use cantilever).

:? It's a perfectly sensible suggestion...a proper bike shop should be able to do it for you...but never mind...you can lead a horse to water etc etc etc

Think I have both a triple butted in the right steerer and a proper Kona hanger, I'll just check the steerer, shipping to France won't be cheap though and the original Koan up hangers make good money too, so whats the budget here please?
