Dirt Disciple
I have just bought a old frame as my first build project. The frame is white and red Peugeot red folks. There is one decal on the bike
I would like to find out about the bike before I crack on with the build.

a few points I am thinking about.
1. Restore the bike back o original state.
2. The folks are a add on?
3. Strip the frame, powder the frame.
4. Make the bike into a fixed.

The decal on the bike is AR made in Italy does anyone have any pointers or idea what frame it is please?

Re:

Photo's would really help.

Host some on flickr, photobucket etc, then post the link using the img button (^^^ up there when typing a reply).

As for what to do with the frame, not No.4.

Re:

Don't powder coat if frame is lugged. The lugs will not stand out as nicely any more. Personally I'm into moderately vintage frames with moderately modern componentry, just so that riding is not hampered, lately.

Re:

What you could or should do with the frame really depends on what condition it's in now - and whether it's of a good enough quality to warrant the money you'd be spending on a respray etc.

So, pics please… and welcome to the forum. :D

Re:

Upload your photos to Photobucket or another image hosting site, then copy the image location information and paste that here – .

Pictures taken on my phone are to big to post? Anyone help?
Re-size them to a small jpeg at about 200k, then they'll load easy peasy.
