I'm going to be a bit, well a lot, awkward here, sorry.
I'd buy a pair of 600ml, but these are too big for my normal use.
If you ever downsize then I'll happily have a couple off you.

Agreed, but they are just too big. I have some 750ml but I only use them on long rides, and who knows when we will be able to do any of those again.
600ml are perfect for my needs. Sorry.

Agree with everything you say, but they are PIA to handle on the move, and swapping an empty one for a full one is near impossible without stopping.
They don't suit my style of riding.
As said I'll readily buy some smaller ones, but fully understand if none are available.
