I am not surprised, they are garbage. Anyone who's watched Sam Pilgrim destroy the bike wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.
Also, Seth from Berm Peak YT channel did a review and a tear down of this bike.

Well worth watching if you want to have a laugh at the product of people who think they can literally reinvent the wheel and ignore everyone with experience and understanding of bicycles.
