As my clear out continues, i've found what is basically the parts for an shimano exage mountain m450 groupset. This dates from 1988.
I say basically...as I've also put in some other parts that might be useful and are similar in range.
Its all as it came off the bike bitd or as found.....so it needs a good clean. There are 2 sets of thumbshifters ( one sets for spares) and an other set of M541 levers/ 7 speed shifters at the rear of the photo. Rings are great condition on the chainset too.
Rims are Araya and have very little wear indeed.....but like e everything else need a good clean.
Hopefully this will get somebody going on a budget build or who's restoring something like a diamondback or marin BV from around 87/88/89.
Im also happy to chuck in anything else you need i have....like a stem, tubes etc, that will get you going from my "clearance" bucket in the garage!
Take a good look at the pictures what you see is what you get!
