For Sale *Reduced* Peugeot Folding (Pub) Bike

I picked up this rather cool Peugeot that (kind of) folds a year or so ago... I believe it's probably from the 70's, a pretty rare contraption that makes everyone look and smile. I've probably ridden it a handful of times since owning the bike, otherwise stored in the garage so it needs to go.

I'd have thought it was only produced in one size, I'm 6'1 and it's certainly better suited to someone slightly smaller... but it's rideable, not optimal!

Hard to price, but I'm asking £250 - you probably won't see another? Collection from New Milton, Hampshire.

Not a museum piece, but it is in good overall condition, very original and a good laugh. The bike actually splits into two pieces, take a look at the mechanism!

Looks like a good example of a bike that is more separable to put in the boot of a a car than actually folding. That upside down sidepull brake is interesting. GLWS

Altenburger synchron, early dual pivot. GB and Weinmann did them too. Cable anchor and pinch bolt positions are switched to work as you see.

Lots of mixte frames swapped the adjuster and anchor bolt positions on the rear brake
