Recommend some winter leggings.

It's getting cold. I had to put the car heater on this morning during my commute to work.

What are your suggestions for full length cycling trousers, something warm and waterproof preferably.

I'll want to wear a pair of baggy shorts over the top so they need to be fairly thin.

last year i bought from sportsdirect.com (must be one in donny somewhere) muddyfox' johdpur-style leggings with elastic under foot type. thin enough for shorts over top and paded back-side i wouldn't say absolutely water-proof but dry quick, warm, cheap.

Lidl were going bib tights and long shorts a week or so back, might have some left.

I got some from Tenn outdoors last year and they've stood up to Arran and Yorkshire , not waterproof but they are quit warm, looking to invest in some overshoes/bootees this year as feet got cold last year.
