Rear axle lengths

What are the rear axle lengths?

I know 130mm = road spacing

135mm = MTB

is 150mm Tandem?

Is there a 140mm???? Just curious as I've just come across a NOS Hope screw on rear hub, and unless my ruler is out, I make it 140mm!

Any body help me out here?

if it is no good to you I might be interested in the axle, ....although if you ebay it and mark clearly it is 140 spacing someone will probably buy it by mistake. incidentally how many holes is it?

I was going to buy a new 135mm axle from CRC then sell it on as it's no good to me. :roll: :roll:

Thanks but it's no good to me as a whole, but if the axle is a straight through design I would be interested in that as I could tap it deeper then cut it to size.

I was asking how many holes it had because EdinBikeCoop had old stock 40 hole 231CD rims for 6 quid each, but I can't find the link now - sale must have ended :roll: I guessed that would be a tandem spoke number.
