.

Shame there's no instructions. You put the spacers in either side to make up the bb width. You can also swap them about to alter chain line.
It will be trial and error without the sheet to tell you what goes where.
The wavey spring washer goes in the middle. :D
Be careful putting the cups in as they are quite soft.
Might be worth asking someone to do you a scan as its going to be a bit of a mare otherwise.

Looking at the box cover i reckon she goes a bit like this :?

was sorta thinking you loose the blue spacers for a 68mm shell and add in for 73mm :p

.

Looks about right to me. The table in the instructions deals with different spacings for triples and doubles. I sold my BB in a bike but the instructions might still be down the shed. If I can find them you are welcome to them.

I have one of these on my singlespeed. I didn't get the instructions in the box either (apparently they were commonly left out) but I do have a copy (in electronic form I believe) somewhere. I'll find it and get it to you.

These are the biggest PITA BB ever to fit. Much faff.
IIRC, the spacers are 'summetrical round the centre circlip (the imaginary centreline), with the gold or the grren being the swapots between a 73/68mm bb shell?? Remember, its symmetrical aboutthe centreline, so the 73mm is only 2.5mm "wider per side". chainline adjustment is made up with the red ones. Slack is "accomodated by the wave washer.
ACCEPT, that the design is poor, so it'll creak.
and that you'll likely wreck the bearings if you tap it in and out too much, as thy're *tight* on the axle.
Real made such good levers and pads, I find it hard to see how thay coudl make a BB so tricky. . .
. . borne out by the fact that they're often up for sale.
light though!

No problems with mine. I've got it on my tourer as I wanted something serviceable with rebuildable bearings. 5000 miles and counting!

Hi there peops, I sell these BB's online - (I'm not trying to sell them to you) I just want to know if I can have permission to use the picture of the intructions & include them with my BB's please? I won't link to it, I just want to print some off. Not a single one has any instructions in the box and a customer of mine pointed me to this thread.

Thanks

Chris
