That rear arm is the cast one that was prone to cracking and Cannondale replaced them if you were the original owner.
My Super V 1000SL had one like that and I replaced it with a CAAD4 rear arm off a Jekyll.

Oops just re-read your OP and realise you want to use a cast arm like in the pic of Raven in OP.
I'm sure that they are dimensionally the same between the cast arm and the CAAD4 Jekyll arm at least. If I remember correctly I measured the distance between the shock and arm mounting points and to drop-outs and they were the same on both.
So they are interchangeable so should make no difference to how bike handles.
Had a look on the Uber V site and the Raven 1 may be different. Is yours a Raven 1 or 2?
