Raleigh with gold running gear

Hi I am trying to identify a garden find. It is a Raleigh that has the brake levers, brakes, cranks, chain ring and the wheel hubs anodized gold. I cannot find a frame number and the frame which is black without any decals, so I assume a respray. The badge is brass cut out of the standard Raleigh type held with 3 rivets. It is fitted with 700C wheels but the are not quick release. the rims are black.
1. So where should I search for the frame number.
2. Is the gold anodizing a 'special edition'.

Hi

I have just acquired one of these myself, I had assumed the brakes and cranks were later additions so good to see my bike is original (almost). Do you know what derailleurs are fitted to yours please as mine are a mixture of Shimano 105 and something else?

My Record Sprint has Camag shifters, Campag front Derailleur, unknown rear Derailleur.
