Raleigh rsp250

Rsp250

Dirt Disciple
Hi-I'm a newbie to retrobike :D
I've just completed building a rsp250 from a frame I purchased a few years ago from chap who bought the complete bike and stipped it for its components.
It's been rebuilt to near original spec using NOS parts.
Could anybody help me with any info about the history of the bike like was the frame manufactured in Nottingham or somewhere in Taiwan. There is a sticker on the downtube saying MADE in England, but I have heard the 7005 alloy frame were made elsewhere. The frame number is AC001D0678.

Cheers Paul

The guy that ran Raleigh special products is a member on the forum(bikemeister2000), I have the same frame as you and he said it was made by a-pro frames in Taiwan, Raleigh then built them up in the UK.

There's one in the same colours in the 2000? Catalog on this site.
I though it was a titanium one, but it might be the same as yours.
