I have an eye out for a Raleigh frameset from the mid 1980s to mid '90s for a porteur project using wider 45-50mm tyres and thought a Royal or Randonneur would be a good place to start but was concerned that they would not take that width of tyre, I have just discovered the Gemini with its nod to being a trail bike and was wondering if anyone owns or has owned one and could help me out here with that information?
