I have set up a racing group on f/book for riders who actively race on older machines, we have affiliated to CTT so riders can race time trials as first claim in team colours...
We have about 150 members online and a few now paid up club members who will be racing for "Retro Racing" officially.
Any bike pre year 2000 counts and we are going to sort out an awards thing for exceptional rides.
I organised a vintage bike race last year and hope to do something next year, possibly open tts for vintage bikes [ alongside other time trials, ie piggy back some open events that are organised by clubs I am involved with .. ]...
My race bikes include a 50s Hercules, 64 Moulton tt special, 753 race bike and a Holdsworth 80s sports machine.
