Pulstar hubs service

I've just bought a couple of pairs of Pulstar hubs from eBay and both the front hubs are 'graunchy'. Are they easy to service? Are they saveable? Or do I just try and return 'em - love how they look!

I've got a (from what I can see NOS) 32H gun metal grey front that I'll be shifting on soon if you're interested? Bought it as a complete wheel, but i only needed the rim.

From a brief look the other morning they look like cartridge bearings - maybe just need a regrease, but with the right tools they'll be changeable.

Thanks @Bike Hoarder but I'm keen to understand how to save them - I've not done much maintenance other than swapping components and fettling gears/brakes, so was looking for some pointers on how to go about it

There’s nothing particularly wrong with them. It’s just not the fancy sealed version on the front which is desirable one.

A bit of grease and adjustment and it’ll be fine.
