Depends how you like your frames.
A proflex medium is 18" but I'm not sure where they measure it to and from. Certainly NOT the top of the seat tube and I got my leg over one once so I don't think it's the toptube either.

yeah you could get 6' on a medium at a push - the medium and large actually had the same effective seat tube which was 20", it was just the top tube that was longer in the large.
I'm 6'3" and ride a large which is really at the limit of being too small for me.
Problem was even with the Way Big, all they did was put a taller seat tube insert at the top - but the head tube seemed to remain the same so your backside was even higher compared to your nose.
Later rectified with Way Big 857's which had a taller head tube.

Impressed they sourced some yellow elastomers - very hard to come by where they aren't already rock hard or custard :roll:
I think I would prefer either the coil upgrade from www.rapiddescentscotland.co.uk or their black elastomers.

That frame is a large not a medium so it should be 18"
the medium was 16" and had a bend in the top tube just before it joined the seat tube. I ride a medium and I'm 5' 11" so a large should be big enough if you're 6'
