Powder Coat or stove enamelling?

I've read numerous threads and still non the wiser, if we could clarify?

Stove Enamelling - more prone to chipping and generally costs a lot more then a powder coat, however has the advantage of multiple colour blend which is ideally what I'm after. See photo of clockwork from a thread

Powder coat - more durable finish, way cheaper but to my knowledge you can only paint in one colour, it's not possible to blend

Budget £100-150ish so an finish like sinnermans clockwork is out of budget unfortunately
