Just buy it if it’s cheap enough to give you what you need although it seems a shame to cannibalise a nice bicycle that could be enjoyed as is. Won’t be worth as much once you’ve taken the goodness from it, so it’s neither here nor there when sold frame only or with whatever parts you’ve got laying around afterwards.

Looks like it would make for a nice single speed once you’ve deflowered it.

As above, if you want it for the components then the frame is not so much a concern. Have you researched the name on the frame at all?

Front derailleur is a modern replacement and is junk. The wheels are low grade and use rustless spokes rather than stainless steel. Pedals are junk, seatpost and saddle likewise.

Certainly not a special bike but if the price is right (ie cheap) then buy it for the parts you want and recycle or scrap the rest
