Please can anybody identify what is this bike and how much?

Hi guys, I am from Indonesia.
My father has a Vintage MTB Hybrid Bike that he built in the 90s.
I don't really understand much in the cycling world, so I need a hand from all of you guys identifying this bike and how much its worth.

These are all he remembers about the parts that are in this Bike;
1. Gary Fisher Alumunium Frame (He doesn't remember what is the name) He said, the color was Alumunium-silver, then he decided to repaint it with silver and black gradient.
2. Complete Groupset from Shimano DEORE XT (He doesn't remember the serial number, but it is a 3 x 7 speed if it helps to identify it)
3. Front fork SR DuoTrack (Still working just fine)
4. Stem Girvin Flexstem)
5. Seatpost Shimano DEORE
6. Handgrip Peugeot Team
7. Free Hub EXAGE FH-HG50 and HB-RM50 (Still working just fine)
8. Maybe there are other parts that you could mention the name, and how much it worth.

I am not trying to sell this as he told me to refurbish it back to its prime condition because he thinks that it is quite a rare parts (Especially the frame)
Hope you guys can help me with this one, I am already desperate to know the answers as I couldn't find any clue about it.

In England, it was sold as a British Eagle Boss, i couldnt comment on what it started out life as, where ever it originated from, but one of the far east companies.
