Photobucket - Arrrrghhh!

Re:

I've suffered YEARS of snails pace functionality and just when you think it couldn't get any worse IT DOES :x

Re:

I've deleted my account and told them why.

I put up with their frequent e-mails, adverts and slug slow response times as a trade off for me using their site for free.

If they need to generate more money from their web site that's fine, but they are not going to get it from me.

I'm now using Postimage, so far so good.......what really annoys me is the fact that they've disabled old pics in postings, that's really carp.....

I run the app on ipad and phone with no issues. Works well. Website is a pain though. $2.99 a month.

Presumably if you delete/unsubscribe all the pics drop off?

I only have about 500 on there so what's the best way to transfer and what to?

Re:

I think their blackmail tactics were particularly unpleasant.

I knew it was coming, as other people on here had been got to first, but blocking all my photos and then sending me and e-mail saying in effect 'you want to put your pictures on 3rd party sites? Then you have to pay us', is a brilliant way of pi$$ing off your users and making them leave... which may be the point, I don't know.

Yep, my point exactly and I can't post using IPad but don't use the app. I'll take my weird pics elsewhere.....

Re:

Well thats me gone and done it, deleted ALL of my photos and deleted my account and even that wasn't easy, ads, ads, ads, ads, ads, ads, and more f'ing ads
