GhettoBlaster
Retro Newbie
Got this vintage 1975´s Peugeot racer as present from a mate.
Framesize 59
Mafac Brakes
New Dunlop tires
BBB saddle
Simplex shifter
Problem to get the saddlebar out.
Anybody had murdered a too thick one inside
But with some power and a lot of oil i got it
but i disliked the racing bar.
So i got an randonneur one and used the same brake grips on it
Also a NOS seat from a Puch clubman
Then a fitting air pump
And a dynamo-light-combination with a rocket backlight
Problem, the left crankshaft was broken.
So searching for a new one.
And mounting a BBB bottleholder on the front
finally i found a fitting shaft and vintage pedals
Here on the first test ride
it runs very well
trip around lower austria
finally mounted an fitting aluminium stand
Did some meetings with it the last time.
Like the critical mass or vienna tweed ride
It´s one of my favourite bikes now
