Hello. Hi! That really is a pretty frame, can I ask for some dimensions: top tube, rear spacing and maybe a long-shot but do you know if it would take 28c tyres?

The top tube measures 58cm centre to centre
The rear spacing is 126 mm
Built to take a seven speed set up
I think the max tyre wise would be 25 as the clearances
Are pretty close
