People back to work, prices back down?

Just that really. As people go back to work will all those "retro projects" sit in garages and sheds. Does this mean we then see them back up for sale in 12 -18 months?

only if they lose their garage or shed. As I'm building the mrs a bike, I'm allowed boxes of bits everywhere, kitchen, dining table, hall, etc etc but I suspect this will change as soon as she's back at work. Was supposed to be today but furloughed for another week
