PayPal Question

I've sold some hubs on eBay. And the payment has been put on hold for 21 days :evil: But every time I click to see how I can speed it up. I end up going round an round getting no help from them. So any body else had this? I would like it to pay sooner

It usually tells you the reason in PayPal. Log in on a computer or tablet to the normal website not the App.

Sometimes it’s not you but the buyer which they are checking out for fraud or something.

It could be that the buyer has a paypal account linked to an expired card, I've had that happen on a sale, proper pain in the bum. I didn't post 'till I got the cleared funds.

Hi mate PP hold funds for various reasons, should clear in less than a week.

As for Eby, look on your sold items page, if you hover over the pound sign next to the sold item and it says paid then you are covered to send the item, if its greyed with egg timer and says payment pending when you hover over it then do not send until payment has cleared.
