Good strong build. Excellent of pashley. What are the proposed changes?

Needs some new pedals and seat clamp/post, gonna fit a decent rear cable too (blue of course) also need to source another CD mavic rim for the front to lace up a matching wheel set. So if anyone has a 32 hole mavic 517/521 CD they have spare time I'll be happyto take it off you
