Pair of wheels or Hubs

Hi,

After either a pair of Good Durable wheels for my road bike. Something for shimano 8speed. Open Pro/CXP rims or something equivalent. No less than 32spoke rear, no less than 28 spoke front.

OR

A pair of hubs. 36h rear and either 28 or 32 front. Shimano Splined.
