Pace RC36 Steerer tube's

This might be a stupid question, but I'm gonna ask it anyway.

Do 1" and 1 1/8" steerer tubes fit into the same crowns on pace RC36's?

I have a 1" steerer on my RC200 with RC36 Evo's attached, I was hoping to get some RC36 pro class' at some point but wanted to know whether I could get some with a 1 1/8" steerer and just swap the steerer from my current Evo's?

Yes.

As long as they are the bolt in steerers.

The crown is the same, there is just a different thickness shim for 1" and 11/8".

Mine are indeed the bolt in type. Does anyone know if the shims are hard to get hold of?

You'll have the shim in ya forks.

.........and the 'new' forks will have one too.
You just take the steerers and shims out of both and swap the suckers over.
