Hi guys.. and girls?
im a bit new around here so hi, im well into my pace kit, have owned a number of different forks and an rc250T and soon to have an RC200F8
What i want to get some info on, partially cause i find the evolution interesting and partly cause im a geek is: Brake mount options.
On different F number RC200s i have seen all sorts of combinations and wondered if it was a case when buying new of ticking boxes or just pot luck.
Also was internal hose routing an option like i had on my 250T?
So far i have spotted;
Canti bosses,
Magura bosses,
rear disk mount entirely on the removable dropout, - was this aftermarket?
rear disk with lug on chainstay and a small inward lug on dropout, - very smart trials style caliper protected in stays
rear disk with lug on seatstay and small lug upwards on dropout.
i have just bought an F8 with seatstay lug and canti bosses, ideally would have liked disk only but hey hum.
