Pace Forks Wanted

Devout Dirtbag
I'm looking to build up my '96 frame to how it was back in it's hayday..

So I need a pair of Pace Evo Pro forks, the tapering leg ones with gold stanchions and carbon bridges. Would be fantastic to get ones with the Hope Pro brake setup, or is that asking for too much?

Cheers,
D.

RC300

Are you the same guy selling an RC300 on Ebay at the mo to UK addresses only? What about to tried-and-tested gold traders with rock solid rep?

Hi, I've got a set of the forks you are after. They are in excellent cosmetic condition, so much so I'm considering not parting with them. They are in great working condition too. The only negatives are that you'll need to replace the star nut, as it spins when nipping up the bolt, and the stantions are a little pitted, but where this occurs is below the seals, above the bushings, and I think caused by standing unused for so long. It doesn't affect the working of the fork, isn't visible when on the bike, just being honest about the full condition.

Evo's

Have some nice Evo 2's, the lighter no disc brake version, 90mm travel, decent cosmetic condtion, decals removed, would these appeal?

As I may have already said, cosmetically they are in great condition, and they are also in great working shape, though I have not used them myself, but all of the off the bike tests pass muster.

The star nut needs to be replaced (quick and cheap job), and there is some pitting to the stantions below the seal, but this doesn't appear to cause any issues and I believe was caused by years of no use whatsoever.

I would keep them but I have far too many forks now, so time to move them on.

If you need any other pics of the forks, happy to oblige.
